III. Approval of Minutes

• February minutes were accepted.

IV. Unfinished Business

• Chanda gave Program Coordinator’s report. She is preparing files for next session.
• Next session is scheduled for March 26. This is rescheduled from March 5, which was canceled because it was a snow day.
• One of the cases scheduled is a Holland High School student and Mark requested that that case be held over to next session, as jurors will be HHS students. Duane suggested that he bring a group of Holland Christian jurors to the 3/26 session to hear that case. He will confirm if this is possible.
• Jennifer gave a brief explanation of the CHOICE program. Jurors will be informed that they can recommend a referral to CHOICE.
• We are expecting a response shortly from Junior Welfare League regarding grant application.

V. New Business

• Discussion was held regarding student representatives on Board. Both current student reps. will be graduating this year.
• Student jurors will be invited to the Volunteer Banquet and will receive a t-shirt. Mark will inform Joyce how many shirts are needed and who will be attending the banquet.

VI. Announcements

• The next board meeting will be April 16, 2003 at 3:30, Third Floor Conference Room. Please contact Joyce Barkel if you are unable to attend  (355-1324).
• Michigan Municipal League Youth Conference will be held in Holland and Zeeland in January.
• Welcome back, Chanda. We’re glad you’re feeling better.
• Josh Wise (US Army) sends regards from Cuba.
