IV. Unfinished Business
- A Teen Court session was held on October 8.
Jurors were from Holland Christian. Four cases

jury panel, which made the process cumbersome.
The Board discussed limiting the number of
jurors on a panel and also some juror training
issues.

November 4. Jurors will be from Holland High
School.
- Michael Kersman will continue as webmaster
for the web site. And requested information
will be sent to him in a timely manner. All
web site data will be submitted to Michael by
Joyce.
- Courtney is updating the resource list of
non-profit agencies who are willing to accept
Teen Court community service assignments.
There is a special need for placement
locations for defendants under the age of 14.
- The need to add another school to replace
Zeeland High was discussed and will be
reassessed, after the first of the year, to
determine if additional referrals from Allegan
County will warrant the need for additional
resources for jurors.
- After discussion, the board approved adding
Student and Parent Survey comments to the Teen
Court web site. Joyce ask Chanda, Mark and
Duane to provide these comments by the next
board meeting.
